Scalabrini operates six aged care villages across NSW, five within the Sydney Metro area and the seventh located in regional NSW.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Village in Drummoyne - The Village by Scalabrini. The Registered Nurse is a contemporary clinician with a passion for dementia care excellence. You will be responsible for providing high quality person-centred clinical care to residents, including clinical assessments and specialised nursing care. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the care and wellbeing teams, and will have in-charge responsibilities after hours.

This position is a Perm Part-time


  • Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate
  • At least 2 years' post registration experience
  • A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence
  • Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment
  • A good understanding of ACFI and the aged care accreditation standards
  • Experience in leading people or supporting care teams
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services


  • Post-graduate qualifications in a specialty relevant to aged care
  • Ability to speak Italian or other languages
