We are looking for candidates who may be interested in any Registered Nurse opportunities for our Chipping Norton Village!

About You

You will be  You are a contemporary clinician with a passion for dementia care excellence. You are responsible, and provide a high quality person-centred clinical care to residents, including clinical assessments and specialised nursing care. You are a leader who provides guidance to the care and wellbeing teams, and will have in-charge responsibilities after hours.

 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate
  • A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment
  • A good understanding of ACFI and the aged care accreditation standards
  • Experience in leading people or supporting care teams
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services

Desirable:

  • Post-graduate qualifications in a speciality relevant to aged care
  • Ability to speak Italian or other languages
