With seven aged care villages across NSW, six within the Sydney Metro area and the seventh located in regional NSW.

We are looking for a skilled and safe driver with a friendly personality to take on the position of Bus Driver. This person will be responsible for supporting the Village’s wellbeing program by providing a welcoming, comfortable, and reliable bus transportation service to residents. They will contribute to the planning and coordination of varied recreational activities and outings that require bus transportation, supporting resident wellbeing through social and community connection.

This position is a temporary part time 3 month opportunity approximately 14 hours per week.


  • A current NSW driver licence Class MR (Medium Rigid) or greater, and a safe driving record
  • Previous experience driving a 22 seat bus or larger, preferably within an aged care or community service context
  • Ability to plan and record appropriate bus routes.
  • Good communication skills, with an understanding and empathy for aged care residents
  • Strong commitment to work, health and safety
  • Basic computer literacy


  • Unit of competency HLTAID003 (Apply First Aid)
  • Ability to speak Italian or other languages
